This house was originally built in 1929. Its renovation involved lifting the house to lower the basement and install a new foundation and modernizing the floorplan according to architect Stefan Wiedemann's plans. Interiors by Kelly Deck Design feature classic design elements, neutral tones, and stunning floral wall coverings. In the backyard, a generously sized infill home provides additional living and garage space.

Outside, the centrepiece of Paul Sangha Creative's landscape design is a water feature that sits flush with the walkway's stone pavers, surrounded by a collection of beautiful magnolias.
