THE CHALLENGE
A younger family with school-age children was ready to build a refined, modern home in a serene Richmond neighbourhood.
Farmhouse gables and large paned windows gave the project a nostalgic warmth that other modern homes tend to lack.
An infinity-edge pool in the backyard required surveying, excavation, plumbing, and the pouring of a floating concrete deck.
Natural stone and stucco produced clean, contemporary volumes beautifully set against the lush garden beyond.
Throughout the home, oak panelling on the walls delivers a sense of permanence and heritage.
Inside, the scale is grand and every finish is immaculate.
“My wife and I built our dream home with Feature Projects, and what stood out most throughout the experience was their honesty and genuine care for their clients. Their team is made up of great people who truly want homeowners to be happy and who work hard to make things right when it matters most. At their core, they are good people who stand behind their word and work tirelessly to deliver amazing homes.”
