Marguerite Extension

Expanding the living space on the Marguerite residence’s second floor was a highly technical undertaking. Large sections of the roof and upper floor were reframed, with every slate shingle carefully preserved. Meanwhile, the entire house was covered to protect it from inclement weather. The result: ten years after the original house was completed, a newly improved (and enlarged) Marguerite maintains its classic appeal while showing no signs of intervention.
